Notice of Pilton Village Trust AGM
14th November 2026

The 2026 Pilton Village Trust AGM will be held on Saturday 14th November,

2.30pm in Pilton Village Hall.

 

We kindly invite you to come along and hear the achievements the current Trust has worked on over the last twelve monthsand to vote for the next term of trustees to look after Pilton Village Hall.

 

To be eligible to vote you must be 18 years old or over andreside in the Parish of Pilton or have been a life or honorary member of Pilton Working Men's Club prior to its closure.

 

If you wish to nominate yourself for election to run as a 2026/2027 Trustee, please register your nomination by Friday 6th November, 6pm at Pilton Co-Op.

 

To be eligible for nomination you must be 18 years old or over and reside in the Parish of Pilton or have been a life or honorary member of Pilton Working Men's Club prior to its closure.

 

Nomination forms will be available to collect from Pilton Co-Op from Monday 19th October or downloadable from the Pilton Village Trust website.

 

All nominations must be submitted via hard copy paper formsand posted in the 'Ballot box' provided.

 

Nomination forms and the ballot box will be at the Pilton Co-Op and accessible during Co-Op opening hours.
