Pilton Village Trust AGM - 29th November 2025

The 2025 Pilton Village Trust AGM will be held on Saturday 29th November, 2.30pm in Pilton Village Hall
 

We kindly invite you to come along and hear about the the work of the Trust in looking after the Pilton Village Hall over the last twelve months and to vote for the Trustees for next year.

​

If you wish to nominate yourself for election to run as a 2025/2026 Trustee, please register your nomination by submitting a nomination form at the Pilton Co-op by Wednesday 19th November, 6pm

​

To be eligible for nomination you must be 18 years old or over and reside in the Parish of Pilton or be a life or honorary member of Pilton Working Men's Club prior to its closure

 

Nomination forms will be available to collect from the Pilton Co-op from Friday 17th October or download here.

​

All nominations must be submitted via hard copy paper forms and posted in the 'ballot box' provided at the Pilton Co-op.

 

Nomination forms and the ballot box will be accessible during Pilton Co-op opening hours.

THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR USE BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR: (A) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND (B) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION, SPORT AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.
